SpringHill Suites was a wonderful hotel. Our room Room 101 was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also really nice and relaxing.nnOne of my favorite moments was later in the evening when I went to the lobby around 10:30 PM to get some tea — it was so peaceful with calm nighttime music playing and hardly anyone around. It was such a relaxing atmosphere.nnI would definitely stay here again!
I've stayed in a lot of Springhill Suites before. This one is on the lower end of those I've been to.nnRooms are nice and large with the normal SpringHill Suites sitting area with a couch. They appeared clean. Staff were polite. TVs were smart TV, and free HBO Max was included, so that was great.nnI was disappointed in a few things at this location.nnThey charge $15 per night for parking which I think is excessive for a non-city location.nnThe tub/shower combo in our room seemed really old, and the faucet and shower head were not in great shape. Water pressure was mediocre. I had to run the hot water for at least five minutes for it to actually get hot.nnBreakfast was really dismal, even for the low standards of free hotel breakfasts you find in the U.S.
Our flight was cancelled and we got a room at this awesome hotel!nBreakfast was great. Offered hot chocolate which was my favorite. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were huge and super clean.nRyan helped us out so much for our stay! He’s a five star employee. Was able to help us with two pack n plays for our kids too! So grateful!
The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. The toilet was basic which means it sits low and makes it a little difficult for a person with knee issues to get up and down or a person who is not as mobile. They will charge you $15 a day to use their parking lot. There is really no reason for them to charge you an extra $15 a day except to make more money off of you. If you are in town for a few days I would recommend you visit the local Alpaca and Llama farm. We had a blast.
The room, staff, and pool were all fantastic—everything I expected and more. However, there was one significant issue: the Wi-Fi connection. Unlike most hotels that offer seamless free Wi-Fi, this one required me to log in through a website, which was a bit inconvenient. On one night, the connection just wouldn’t work, and since I had an important meeting the next day, I called the front desk for assistance. They connected me with the internet service provider, and after more than an hour of troubleshooting, my phone and laptop still wouldn’t connect. The call ended well past 10:30 pm, and by then, I was exhausted and frustrated.nnI had been looking forward to relaxing in my room, but this issue definitely put a damper on my night.nnIf you’re staying here for business or need reliable internet, I’d recommend double-checking the Wi-Fi situation before booking. It’s a shame because everything else was great, but the internet problem was a real letdown.nnOne more thing: I was surprised to find out there was a $15/day parking fee. There was no prior information about this, so it caught me off guard. When I asked, I was told it was to cover additional security because some people try to park in the lot without staying at the hotel. For every car staying at the hotel, an extra $15 a day adds up quickly, and it felt a bit steep.
