Bozeman Inn

I like the fact that the ladies in housekeeping left a note on our door to let us know their policy is to clean rooms every other day for people that are staying longer. I just did not like the day our room was being cleaned. Just the towels were restocked, nothing else was. Other than that, our stay was good. Staff were nice to us, from our time of check in, to the housekeeping and to the restaurant. People leave trash outside or in the parking lot but staff keep this place clean. My family and I would stay here again. :-)

Good clean room. Wi-Fi worked pretty good. They even had a small breakfast, coffee, juice and muffins. They don't announce this because people expect more. Good facilities too. Overall, great for what was paid.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. but for some weird reason, the room i was in was very dusty and it was hard for me to breathe. so i had to check out immediately but the staff were very understanding about it

Older but VERY Clean, STAFF are so friendly and very geniune. Price was VERY good and they have laundry facility. Restaurants that you can walk to that also have amazing food and great staff! We chose to stay extra day! Love the laid back energy of this establishment. Thank you STAFF of The BOZEMAN INN.

We own a business and have stayed off and on at the Bozeman Inn since 2006. I reviewed our quickbook files and have stayed at this hotel for over 229 days since that time. I am not the type of person to take the time to write online reviews. They must be under new management, because the level of service that my office manager received was atrocious. We had a crew stay there for the last two weeks (and were going to stay there another two weeks). They were not reserved for last weekend, but she informed them that they have our credit card and photo id on file and if the crew was going to stay the weekend, that they could call the office we would authorize payment for continued stay. She received a call from the front desk accuising her for non payment. She explained to them that they had our credit card on file and can process it, she yelled no and handed the phone to her manager where he proceeded to scream and curse at our office manager. They went into the crews' room before they could remove their personal items (since they were on a job site) and threw away all of their food and consumables. We pay our bills and did pay our bill here, but we will not stay at this hotel again.
