We always get excellent care for our chow chow. He is nervous when going to the vet and they are so patient and accommodating. Dr.Kimmel and staff are fantastic.
This place is amazing. We took our pup Marley here for rehab when our vet diagnosed her with arthritis several months ago. Upon examination, Dr. Kimmel immediately knew it wasn't arthritis, suspecting cancer instead, and our sweet girl was referred out and eventually diagnosed with a very rare tumor that required amputation of her leg. Post-amputation, we brought her back here for laser and hydrotherapy to get her better used to life on three legs. Marley was very dog reactive and they were extremely accommodating in making sure the waiting area was empty before we would bring her in for appointments, and then getting us into a room right away. Unfortunately, Marley passed away from other complications a couple of months ago, but I will always remember the care we received here. Dr. Kimmel has amazing bedside manner, always gave it us to straight, and provided us with many options. I trusted her judgement immensely. Ashley was always great as well! If we are ever in a situation again where we need to explore rehab services, we will be back in a heartbeat.
Without a doubt one of the best facilities in our province or even the country. The staff here are great, they truly love animals. They also love people and understand that Pets Are Family. They are honest Innovative compassionate and very understanding. I adopt Senior Dogs and I will continue to come to this Clinic with every pup that enters my life. They've been very good to me and besides VCA on 10th, this is the only place I'll go. Thank you guys. We will see you soon!
We board our dog at Springbank Pet Resort and on a recent trip our dog needed to be seen by a vet at the veterinary clinic. Dr Thompson was great and looked after all our pet 's needs and kept us updated. We were so impressed we switched our vet from High River to here nothing wrong with the High River Vet...they were good.
We are so happy we brought our pet here for physiotherapy. Our dog had knee surgery and had significant post-operative complications including inflammation and muscle weakness. The staff worked diligently to help us rehab our pet and get her back to her usual self. The facility is well-run and the staff are professional and caring.
My Good Boy is a patient of this hospital for arthritis. Everyone is great and he gets top tier care. Plus, just legit look at this Good Boy!
Couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog. No matter where you live, this clinic is worth the drive. They accommodate last minute emergencies, they have extensive knowledge and they got to know our family and especially our dog very well. They aren’t looking to simply make money, they genuinely want to help the animal and are conscious of cost. Thank you Springbank Hospital, Daycare and Grooming!!!
Dr. Thompson is my absolute favourite veterinarian that I have ever met. She is extremely kind and you can always tell that she genuinely cares about you and your pet. She helped my family and I through a very tough time with our pet recently and I will forever be grateful for that. From now on, Dr. Thompson will most definitely be my go to for my pets.
Dr. Dand was very kind and pulled over when he saw my dog acting strange on the side of the road. He opened the clinic on a Sunday to take a closer look. I am extremely grateful that there was such a caring veterinarian driving by! Truly one of a kind!
They take fabulous care of our 3 large dogs. From small surgeries to filling medications promptly… the best vet in Calgary area hands down.
