While I appreciate having an amazing doctor in the building, the receptionist at the walk-in clinic on Saturday morning was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. There are numerous kind and compassionate ways to communicate that the clinic is not accepting more patients, especially when someone is in severe physical pain. However, the demeanor of this unsympathetic lady fell far short of expectations. If one does not enjoy their job or helping others, they should not occupy a position that requires interaction with the public or providing assistance to those in need.
Dr. Khavari and Mitra are so amazing. The way they treat us like their own family member is an understatement. They care about our kids and their calm demeanour has always been something to crave for. Thank you to the wonderful pair for being stellar.
