Lived at 71 for 12yrs. Not 1 problem...then a beautiful woman moved next door..my life has never been the same. Fell for her the first rip she took off her bong. Il see u soon

Lot rent alone is 550 and will increase 2% every year from now on. Youseff will increase lot rent with any fines he receives from the Rcmp for damages to their vehicles. Absolutely awful roads they have no pride in the condition of this park. I complained about the snow and then Youseff blocked my phone number from the company phone and called me on his personal one asking where I live. Very unprofessional. If you move here don’t forget to get rent receipts. You will need them. I would also like to add that we all received notices of increases in lot fees at 2%. My only suggestion would be to seriously look at how "maintained" the park is in winter time. clear roads help with potholes before they occur
