Have to give five stars to Reed, the salesman that helped find my daughter a proper pair of runners. He was patient and just very easy going. No pressure sales, just a guy that went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks for your excellent service. 1 happy Dad and 1 very happy Daughter.
Worst customer service ever. Associate asked me to buy the jacket before i can fully try it and stated it's sport check policy. I felt racially profiled by this associate. Sorry but I'm never gonna step into this store again.
Great store. Friendly staff. If they don't have what we need, they can ship it to us from online store. Good in store selection for hockey.
The cashier was personable, however, there was several floor staff congregated in the shoe section chatting away while customers were in the store. A customer shouldn't have to interrupt a social gathering between employees to seek assistance. Staff should be attentive/ aware of customers and offer assistance. Other than that, I picked up a pretty cool sun hat forthe beach this summer

Friendly employees. Check out was fast and friendly. Helped me a lot with my gift cards I got rejected at Foot Locker when I tried to pay with these gift cards, and that’s not because there’s no money in it. They just didn’t want to do that. I came to this mall to buy some shoes at Foot Locker but ended up bought 3 pairs and 2 backpacks at Sport Check. Both places had what we want, but the quality of customer service that made me decide to buy them at Sport Check. Keep up the good work!

They have the worst badminton rackets i have purchased 2pairs of rackets and each racket was $90 and i got it for $120 after discount. Thb the rackets was good for 2weeks after that the string got broken I don’t recommend anyone to buy rackets from sport check.
A place to find everything about sports. One stop shop for all sport equipments, wear and gears. Too much variety available. All placed well you will never feel lost. Courteous staff. They will never leave you unattended. Return policy is generous. P-Caps are bit expensive and limited options.
Came to buy a GPS watch. I checked their website before going to the store and the price of the GPS watch was $110. In the store, the price was $248!! Other GPS watches were also more expensive in the store than on the website. I won't be shopping here any more. EDIT ONE WEEK LATER I ordered the watch online and got it in two days. Excellent online ordering: great communication and free tracking. I'm revising my review: I'll shop online first, then in the store. They have a great selection of shoes and clothes so I'll give them another try. And I highly recommend ordering from Sport Chek online.
