Sport Chek in Orangeville has always been my go-to for great service, with 99% of the staff being respectful, friendly, and ready to help. I truly appreciate how welcoming the team usually is, which makes shopping here a pleasure.nnHowever, my recent experience with one cashier, Melissa, was unfortunately very negative. Her demeanor was unfriendly and dismissive, which left us feeling uncomfortable during checkout. While this won’t deter me from shopping here, it was disappointing to have this interaction at a store I genuinely enjoy. I’ll be sure to avoid visiting when she’s working to maintain the positive experience I’m used to. Very unfortunate people can act this way to perfectly respectful customers.
We went to get shoes and Stephanie and Bill were excellent! They worked with me forever till we could find shoes that worked for me. Shoe shopping is normally a nightmare so their patience and professionalism was much appreciated!
Went to Sport Chek Orangeville today to buy a new pair of shoes. One of the employees who works there Lexie helped me pick out the perfect shoe for me. Lexie took the time to help and explain what makes the perfect shoe. She measured my foot and explained how I can identify the best shoe for me, Lexie was very knowledgeable and definitely knows a lot about shoes. It was great to have learned a lot more about finding the right shoe and find ways to identify what makes the best shoe for oneself. Thank you Lexie for your professionalism.
