Has to be the worst customer service. Bought boots for my daughter. They said we will get them from another location as they didn't ha e her size. Waited 3 days. Went to pick up. Got home 2 different boots in the box. I called and they said oh sorry. We can get them next Wednesday. Today is Friday.....I said. They said oh well......... Brutal. I guess having no real competition in the area is a licence to SUCK This isn't the only bad experience. Just a terrible experience every time

The store, which has been around for decades, thrives on its wide selection which is a good thing given the paucity of quality service. It's a store more fitting of Toronto or a suburb in the wider region given the sheer volume of shoes offered. Prices are reasonable too. One downside is the service: it may be difficult to find someone who can give you a hand. That said, if you're in need of a particular shoe type and live near Orangeville, it's worth a visit.
