Story

Dr. Conway and his staff are dedicated dental professionals who continuously look to provide the most advanced dental treatment available to their patients. He practices a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry with expertise ranging from crowns on dental implants to porcelain veneers and bridges. Dental treatment is customized to ensure that the needs of each patient are met. He believes educating our patients is crucial in establishing a mutual dental relationship whereby the patient is able to communicate the desired results and the dental needs while allowing him to provide it efficiently and effectively.

I am a card carrying Dental-phobe who would rather speak naked in public than... well, you know what I mean; but I went to Spokane Valley Dentistry at the urging of my husband and he was (dang it) right again.  Everyone, from Megan - the front office fairy Godmother, to Char - my personally favorite dental hygienist, to Dr. Conway himself. I'm comfortable, at ease (or as close as I can come to it).  There are no surprises, ever - Megan knows her stuff and she makes sure I know what my out-of-pocket expenses are going to be BEFORE they start a procedure.  Char's skill and care exceeds that of anyone I've ever trusted enough to open my mouth to; the Dental Assistants are amazing, and Dr. Conway...wow.  Dr. Conway listens to me BEFORE he puts an instrument in my mouth.  He's respectful of my anxieties, calming, gentle and thorough.  He discusses every procedure to me in terms I can understand (with words that have less than four syllables and no connecting vowels), and allows me to participate in the decisions concerning my dental health without the hard sell.  I guess the best  endorsement I can give Spokane Valley Dentistry, is that I keep going back.

We love the people at Spokane Valley Dentistry. They take great care of everyone in our family and are extremely attentive to all of our individual needs and concerns. We couldn't ask for better care.

I started coming to this practice because of all the 5 star reviews, and I'll write another one. 
I haven't EVER had a dentist as gentle and considerate as Dr. Conway. I came in to have my old fillings corrected while I was 5 months pregnant and everyone was really nice to me. I have general anxiety over dental work due to bad experiences in the past, where I get shaky and my heart races, but SVD gives you a blanket during your visit and Dr. Conway is quick and has a gentle hand. The girls at the front desk seem to know every customer's name and when Char did my cleaning, she was very concerned with my comfort and not overwhelming me during the procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist based on my experiences.
