Apple Valley Dental And Braces

I'm baffled as to why this place has such bad reviews, because this is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Although I rarely write reviews, I felt like I had to say something so the people who see these might not be missing out. I had found this place on my insurance provider's packet, and I don't have kids so I can't speak for their services for kids that I see lots of complaints about. I always feel like I ask lots of questions, and I did that here and they were all answered immediately and thoroughly. To me, that showed that they really know what they're doing, and that is enough to put me more at ease. But I think Apple Valley goes above and beyond. I've gone to more expensive dental offices and had much, much worse experiences. This place doesn't even compare. Both times I've been here I waited a maximum of 10 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back. Even if there is a wait, do you really want to rush the person who's gonna be working inside your face while you are back there? Or your kids? Let them work. Everything's pretty open and you don't ever see anyone just standing around doing nothing. They might talk while they get things ready & wait for your anesthesia to kick in, which I don't mind at all. Everyone who works here seems to love what they do and they're extremely nice and professional. The dental assistants are very sweet girls who know what they're doing and most even seem really ambitious to further their education in the field and be a dentist or hygienist one day, so you know they care about more than just their current scope of practice and know a lot already. I've been to a supposedly "better" dentist where I was left alone with no anesthesia and my mouth pried open for almost half an hour & then the dentist finally got there and almost started working on my teeth without any numbing! Not this place. They don't mess around. 5 stars all the way.

I am writing this review because a friend of mine asked me to. I went to this place as a referral by Thomas. I had a ok experience however the customer service seems rather cold. I can easily see the reason he decided to leave and my family will be also because of a little thing called loyalty.Maybe you should study what that is.

PLEASE TRY CHILDREN'S DENTAL VILLAGE NOT THIS PLACE! This place is horrible. They threaten customers to cut off service and customer service means nothing to them. I attempted to call them yesterday to reschedule that appointment and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I called to cancel all of my families appointments until I spoke with management about their attitude and was informed she is putting my entire family as inactive (meaning we won't be going there anymore) so I guess I have been blacklisted from a dentist because I dislike rude threats. They have some amazing employees but some should not be in customer service. SARAH the lady answering the phone is a rude person who preceeded to threaten me for a appointment that they set for feelings that I can not make it to. I had feelings done here over 10 months ago and I still have sensitive tooth and tmj from that appointment. I wonder why I am reluctant to go back. Not to mention they shove x-ray in your face on every appointment and get mad when you refuse. A good dental office will check if there is a reason for x-ray not just take them everytime. Anyway there are other options please consider taking them. To any management of this place fix your employees before they run you into the ground.

Lol I just got a call from a personal friend urging me to tell of my incident with this place. I am not going through the full story but here is the bullet points. Bad scheduling waited 45 min after arriving. Worst customer service more smiles at Chas. lol They have gimmicks that kids love because their treatment is subpar. I was also unimpressed with one dentist on the floor just running place to place. Employees act like you are their employee. Anyway trust what you read and find somewhere else.
