Very bright and clean store. Very well organized. The staff member who helped me was friendly and even gave me samples. My ferret who only eats select kitten food, was very happy to discover that they stocked her preferred brand and it was less expensive then other retailers. Definitely will return & highly Recommend.

Would not let me return an unworn dog jacket, that didn’t fit my dog because of tags being removed. When originally purchased I was only told to keep the receipt.

I bring my puppy here almost everyday so he can get some social time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They're like my free vet sometimes because they give me advice. Prices are similar to that of amazon or big pet stores, so I'd rather help support local businesses.

This little pet store has Some great clothes for dogs, and a decent variety of food. That said, it’s a tad more expensive than closer pet stores, and the store itself is quite small, I always have the feeling that I’m being stared at when in there. I know that sounds weird but it just doesn’t make for a great shopping experience. The staff though are very friendly and pleasant and it does have some interesting food options for your kitty or a puppy. It is though a welcome addition to our neighbourhood and worth checking out particularly if you were looking for cool clothes for your fur kid.

Came for cat food, got cat food. Plus, owner was really helpful sine it's a small store. The store mostly has dog products like chew bones and collars, but don't take my word for it. Really nice atmosphere. A simple review here.

Best pet store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Great staff and excellent selection! Will definitely be frequenting the store. The person working was super knowledge when I asked about puppy food and treats, and most importantly she was super sweet and went out of her way not to upsell me.

Good selection and service. Competitive prices. They will special order for you and stock new items based on customer requests. Smallish, but a really great local pet store.
