Great experience tonight.nnWe didnt have a reservation so we had to wait abit which was fine considering they had arcades. We played some games and had fun waiting. Played a claw game and it broke in the middle of almost winning the prize. We told the manager Krista i hope thats the correct spelling and she actually went and grabbed it for my daughter. She was soo thankful and gave her a hug cause it was a big care bear. After bowling she even asked how was everything and cashed out prizes for my daughter. Honestly great family night out .... with excellent service. The girl at the front was super nice and rob our server at the lane was amazing to. Definitely going back.nnAlso on a side note my daughter wanted to point as the game ending in bowling her myself and husband all got strikesnnThanks splitsville burlington.
Save Your Money—This Place Isn’t Worth ItnnI’ve been to plenty of bowling alleys and arcades, but Splitsville Burlington Arcade was a total letdown. Booking was a mess—the trainee on the phone had no clue and kept putting me on hold. Even the senior staff didn’t help; they gave me wrong info and sold me an arcade card that couldn’t be used for pool. That’s basic stuff.nnOnce there, things didn’t get better. Chipped pool balls, worn-out bowling gear, and zero service at the bar. We had to hunt someone down every time we wanted to order. Flat beer, no nachos, no tortillas—how does an arcade run out of snacks?nnI paid extra for a “VIP” lane, and the only difference was a colored light. Nothing special. Dropped $300–$400 and felt completely ripped off. They promised something special for my son’s birthday—didn’t happen. Half the menu wasn’t even available.nnSkip this place. There are better spots that actually deliver what they promise.
Not much to say really. It's bowling. It's exactly what you'd expect. The hospitality is fine, the drinks/food is overpriced, you're genuinely here for bowling instead of cuisine, so you don't care about that.nnI like the ability to use your own shoes. The lanes were fine, but lane 1 had a slight bend to it that was noticable with younger players throwing balls more slowly.
Beautiful place, spacious and clean. Nice bar area where I stayed with my group of parents while our kids were bowling. We rented a VIP lane which has a more private and comfortable seating.
We attended a birthday celebration at Splitsville Burlington Bowl last week, and it was an absolute blast! The bowling lanes are top-notch and fun for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a pro. The latest arcade games and VR experiences kept both kids and adults entertained throughout the party. The food was a hit too — pizzas, chicken wings, sliders, slushies, and beers were all delicious and perfect for sharing. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, it was a memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend Splitsville to anyone looking for a fun, lively, and family-friendly spot for celebrations or a casual night out!
