Split Endz

Wendy has been doing my hair forever and she is the absolute best. She listens to what I ask for and I am always satisfied with the outcome. My kids loved going to her. They are all adults now and have all moved away.... but this is what I hear when they try a new stylist...."Well they are no Wendy - that is for sure!"

I've been going to Brianna to get my hair done for a while now and couldn't be more pleased with how good it looks once she is done. She's great ! The cut and color always exceeds my expectations and its so nice to be able to just sit back, relax, and know that I have someone knowledgable and good at what they do styling my hair. She's so upbeat and kind it makes for a great experience and I highly recommend her!

I had my hair done here by Brianna for a wedding this summer, and it was awful. I was in the chair for well over an hour (I have short and rather thin hair - this has NEVER taken more than 30 minutes for someone to give me the hairstyle I asked for), and she would continuously put my hair up into some crazy style, then say she didn't like it and take it down and start all over again. I gave her a very simple request that I wanted, and my hair looked nothing like I asked for. When she finally said she was done and asked what I thought, I just said yes, paid, and left because my head was in pain from all the teasing and tugging. Not to mention, when I had tried to redirect her more toward what I wanted, she would say "oh ok I can do that" and then do something else completely, every time. I took the entire thing down and started over myself when I got home. Aside from the huge styling problems, the girl doing my hair was yelling in my ear the entire time I was in the chair - if I was trying to talk to her, she would interrupt and start yelling about her night out at the bar the night before or something else like that. When I finally just quit trying to talk with her and started texting a friend, she was yelling over me to a woman on the way opposite side of the salon. All in all, it was a horrible experience there. I paid a lot of money and wound up with little more than a hefty collection of bobby pins. To be fair, some other girls in my group went to a different person at the same salon and it was GREAT for them... so I guess I'd just recommend avoiding this girl for updos!!
