DON'T GO HERE!!!! SHE FRIED MY FACE! my skin is far worse than it ever was before I came here. She destroyed my skin on my face I now have to try and repair damage done by the laser and it is almost a year out now, I did come and let them know of these issues and they gave me a facial. Wow thanks for all the scars and lines I spent 600 for a laser that left a lot of damage and I also have spent a ton of money trying to repair the damage. When I asked for my money back she said "the doctor wouldn't like that." Well...maybe you should show him my face! I was disappointing in the fact that they said they would make this right...but not give me the money back and did not bother to call me at all. I did all the calling. They also never talked to the doctor that they have come there from time to time of my issues??? I am still dealing with these issues and wish I never had it done. When I arrived to the clinic the doors were locked and I should have left, but I waited for them to open doors. When she came to me she stated that part of her machine was not working it kept blowing power out. She said she could use the other part. She gave me a hundred dollars off the price. She also had her daughter int the room making sure she didn't miss spots and went over spots over and over..her daughter is NOT in the field of skin. When I would go in for her to look at my skin she it almost felt like she avoided the damage she had done to my face. I would NOT recommend ANYONE going to her for laser.She doesn't seem to know enough about skin. Everyone has different skin and she should know when and when not to use a laser. She went too deep into my skin and she kept going over and over spots with a machine that she shouldn't have been using when it would short out the whole place. My skin has aged about 10 years... with a orange peel texture. .and she could care less because she got the money and it doesn't effect her. I am extremely upset with the results. BTW the other reviews on here are from people that work there or they know. She completely ruined my skin on my face! Don't get a laser done here...go to somewhere else. Edina is a good place to start. Update. I called to ask for money back for all the appointments I've been paying for after this. Prior when she did speak to me she said ''I don't have a magic wand.' 'Really?! Just give me the damn 600 back. She won't speak to me anymore she has her husband call me and they stated that they will send consent paperwork to me that I signed. So they will not refund me but they rethink that no one has ever sued after consent paper work was signed? How do they figure that doesn't help. I also didn't consent to having someone work on my face that isn't qualified nor a broken MACHINE. I HOPE SHE'S HAPPY WITH THE 600.00 BUCKS. SHE CERTAINLY DOESN'T CARE THAT I HAVE THESE ISSUES AND DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR Work. I have seen 2 doctors that have stated she left damage on my face. I shown them before and right after pics and obviously the current. One couldn't believe how unethical this was and felt really bad. I will be posting pictures of the damage here so others can see and not have this done to them. I will post pictures of skin before and after. Seriously have lines that were never on face before. Forehead is terrible looks like raised scar tissue and pin holes everywhere. They sent me a letter saying that results vary.. And pretty saying that it's too bad. It's just too bad that 600.00 was too much for them to refund with all that have had to pay in other bills and this STILL isn't repaired. I just thought that I had done my research well and thought this was the best place and trusted them. I was wrong and I really don't want this to happen to anyone else. Most people that do lasers have had them done themselves. I have since met a lady that does them on herself and she is VERY good. She looks good. These guys will tell you TOO BAD! NICE! They also sent a letter stating I called only twice. Bull face lie.Spread the word people this place is bad.

I was there to set up an appointment and the hours said they should be open and doors were locked and no one was there! Hard to give a good review when you can't get service! Wish I could give it a 0 rating!!!!

Thursday at 4pm 12/20/2017 I came to purchase a few gift cards for Christmas and they are not open. Door says Monday- Friday 10am- 5pm. Doors were locked. When I called their number nothing was stated about being closed. Totally bummed. I will have to go somewhere else!!
