Spiros On 17th

It’s end of the week. You want to go out, eat, change pace of the week. But, you have tried it all or going somewhere overrated and you go home feeling nothing have changed. Its the same stuff. Have you tried Spiros? Excellent food! Excellent staff! Its a restaurant run by a Greek family Excellent setup with home vibes. I’m single and work a lot, i miss home meal and whenever i have time i go there. Warm smiles every where that makes you feel home. BEAUTIFUL!!! The cheesecake is a must have. Love the food so much and don’t get me started on the amazing people working there. They made our day a hundred times better. They are so kind and nice. Highly recommended Ps. Try the pizza

One of THE best gluten free pizza crusts I’ve ever had; the day of AND the next day cold out of the fridge. Not dry. Not flaky. Delicious flavour. Both times I’ve gone I’ve ordered Anjelika’s Greek feta, ham, red onions, olives, tomatoes, banana peppers, Parmesan and have enjoyed every bite. The only downside is that I live in Edmonton. Can’t wait to travel back to Calgary for another one!!

One bite of Spiros's Holy Smoked Meat pizza, and I was transported back in time to when I was in Montreal eating a smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz's Deli. My husband and I also split the arni psito roasted lamb and the potatoes we had with the dish were probably the best potatoes I have ever eaten in my life. This place really feels like you are eating in a family's home. The dishes and cutlery are authentically loved, and the hospitality authentically warm. Noting the booster seats stacked in the corner by the Christmas tree made me smile. This is a place that values family and welcomes you like family. We will certainly be back for future visits.

Spiros has been my favorite restaurant in Calgary for years now. A wonderful family runs it and the atmosphere is always cozy, warm, and welcoming. Their food is incredible and I've never had a bad experience there. The lasagna is out-of-this-world good and you can't beat their pizzas! I highly recommend you go there as soon as possible.

Ordered out last year when another pizza place said they didn't deliver to our area. Best decision ever. We ordered an extra special pizza as well as Calamari and a greek salad. They were all excellent and if the later of the two are any indication of the rest of the dishes I don't think I'd be disappointed. Portions are a good size. It a must when we're in the city. Staff are very friendly and out going when we call in. If you don't give this place a try you're really missing out.Great job guys keep it up.

First time we tried this place. We brought a group of friends to try it. It was amazing! We ordered two platters that feed 4 people. It was delicious! We were able to try the different kinds of meat, rice was flavorful, and potatoes were soft and fragrant. The service was great! If you're looking to try something new with friends. I would totally recommend this place. The greek salad was delicious!

Fantastic food and staff. Been going with our family for many years but the one complaint is that there are no specials for take out, delivery or multiple items. Prices have increased which is obviously expected but helping the customer save a couple bucks for an order that is a bit bigger would go a long way. Win-win

Wonderful generational family restaurant that has been around for decades. The food is delicious, especially the Greek salad, Saganaki, Arni Psito, and the lamb pizza! We went recently and the restaurant has had a great renovation that has added some bright colours and made it feel more open and modern. But the fantastic traditional food and wonderful people remain the same as ever. A true Calgary gem!
