Known to many as an exciting and interactive event for shoppers, Spirit stores offer complete selections of costumes and accessories for infants/toddlers, children, 'tweens, teens, and adults, along with exclusive jaw-dropping animatronics and décor you won't find anywhere else.
Love this location in Ottawa at Carlingwood Mall. The staff are always very nice and friendly, and Joelle the manager, is kind and goes above her way to help. The store is always clean and well organized.
I was shopping at the Carling Ave store, and was provided excellent service by the manager, Ernesto, and all his staff. Helped very well with a sizable purchase and he even helped me bring the items to my vehicle. Store was well kept and stocked, staff was very helpful and a joy to interact with.nn100/100 A+ service!
My family loves Spirit Halloween - we’ve been fans for years, but keep coming back to the same location Carlingwood Mall because Joelle and all the staff make it so memorable. They are so enthusiastic about Halloween and so knowledgeable. We always find what we want and if they’re sold out, they let us know when shipments are coming in. Thanks Joelle for making our Halloween season so spooky.
