Known to many as an exciting and interactive event for shoppers, Spirit stores offer complete selections of costumes and accessories for infants/toddlers, children, 'tweens, teens, and adults, along with exclusive jaw-dropping animatronics and décor you won't find anywhere else.
Love this location in Ottawa at Carlingwood Mall. The staff are always very nice and friendly, and Joelle the manager, is kind and goes above her way to help. The store is always clean and well organized.
Not too busy, lots of inventory since it's still early in the seasonnnNice staff, lots of interesting Halloween season goodies
I was shopping at the Carling Ave store, and was provided excellent service by the manager, Ernesto, and all his staff. Helped very well with a sizable purchase and he even helped me bring the items to my vehicle. Store was well kept and stocked, staff was very helpful and a joy to interact with.nn100/100 A+ service!
Love this store! 2nd year here. Only thing I do not like is that you can't call them or verify store availabilty of a specific product on their website. I wish I could confirm they have the model and size I am looking for before driving 45 minutes to get there. Otherwise, this is now our favorite Halloween store. They have a good selection of decorations too. We like that the quality or look of their costumes are better than in other stores.
