The clothes are well organized by type, size, and colour. A bunch of Aritzia and Lululemon clothing. Some clothes 10% look quite well-worn, but overall great selection. The staff are friendly and polite. The fitting rooms are clean, though just a bit small and lacking hooks there are just 2 in each room I think. Will definitely come back.
Exceptional service and great quality for the price. Love thrifting there. Staff are especially helpful special shout out to Tanya who was particularly helpful. I have shopped there many times with my daughter and have always had a good experience
I couldn’t even give a proper review this has to be the worst place or company to ever exchange clothing for money. The staff there.. choose what clothing “they” like and are extremely picky EVEN with clothing that have tags and are brand NEW. Like cmon we are selling this to others NOT YOU. I would not recommend this place at all. You might as well sell these on Facebook Marketplace! You will get people that actually like the things you haven’t touchednnGood luck whoever goes here.. if it’s not an expensive name brand product. They won’t take your things you bought online. Like what is the concept of this place than lol….nnI would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. One star isn’t even deserved.
I brought in two bins of clean, well-kept clothing and was told loudly, in front of other customers, that they don’t accept clothes that aren’t clean, clearly implying mine were dirty. It was embarrassing and completely untrue. One bin had multiple pure white pants, proving the clothes were in great condition.nnI later brought the same items to the Merivale and Orleans locations, and both accepted pieces without any issue.nnI won’t be returning to this location, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
I am beyond disappointed with the StLaurent Plato’s Closet. While I understand that stores get busy, there is absolutely no excuse for having just one register open while making customers wait over 15 minutes to check out a 30 second transaction—especially when there were five or more employees standing around doing next to nothing, folding clothes and chatting amongst themselves.nnAny business that values its customers should prioritize efficient service, yet this location seems to have completely forgotten that concept. Instead of addressing the checkout line, it took far too long to finally open a second register.. something that should have happened immediately. The lack of awareness, urgency and customer care was beyond frustrating and frankly insulting. I’m trying to give you my money… don’t make me wait.nnNo matter how much my daughter loves this store, I will never return to this location. A business that disregards its customers so blatantly doesn’t deserve my time or money. Do better.
