Spinelli Carrosserie Roxboro-Pierrefonds

My insurer pointed me to this body shop for repair, go there get the estimation done, schedule the appointment for the repair all is good. Arrive the day they take my car give me the location car, explain to me the contract, they tell me once I get called I have 24 hour to go and retrieve my car, okay no problem. Today I get called and I am told "Your car is ready and you can pick it up after 4:30 pm" okay, so arrive the time I leave while a snow storm is ongoing and I arrive a bit late at about 4:50. I go to go in and find the door locked and the place closed. I look on the door and it's marked the place closes at 4:30 pm. So I call back the number that called me earlier and explained that I was told to pickup my car at 4:30 and found the place closed, the person then transferred me to a manager who very condescendingly told me if I had arrived at 4:30 pm exactly I would have been fine. So that was how customer service treated me, now let's talk about the rental car, this car that I was lent I honestly find dangerous, one minor bump in the road and I was getting air time, the traction on the car was dubious at best, that car was a lemon. Now imagine having to have driven that for almost an hour during peak hour in a snow storm hoping to go and get your car back only to have the place be closed because the very hour they told you to show up is their closing hour and having the customer service refer you to a manager who very clearly expresses how much you are a bother to him and that it's your fault for being late. After which you have to drive back home in a terrible car again for an other hour because of the snow storm. This is terrible service.

Worst bodyshop so far, repared the bumper because of the accident, and then the bumper is not fixed correctly to the car .. brought the car to this carrosserie and the couselor blamed me right a way and he said it's my fault but then he agreed to fix it .. but after a month, he called me back to fix the bumper (very long time) .. and then few weeks later I noticed there is the same problem again and this time he blamed me right away (if he can tell me that it's not possible to fix it correctly, I can accept but the fact that he blames the customer, just wow) never never trust these guys again . Warranty ? better to not have it ... they always tried to blame the owner of the car .

I just did repair there my scion tc white 2013 . i had deep bum on side off the bumper and paint was peel off they did really good job paint was match bum is gone overall i was very happy my car was wash and very shine
