An honest and dedicated mechanic who strives to find the least expensive and effective solutions when presented with a problem. I've dealt with John for several years, and he has been able to resolve issues with my car that the dealerships couldn't even understand the cause of. There have been at least two occasions where he was able to complex issues with my car for at least 75% less than what the dealership and their so-called experts estimated to be.
