SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza

I sampled three types of "Rossa" (red) pizza (my own and slices mooched from my two companions). All three were simply delicious. They have a decent selection of several craft beers on tap, mostly local Omaha beers. It's got a thin (not crispy) crust with a light, puffed up crispy outer crust. Delicious sauce and quality cheese are both used moderately, with a focus on the toppings. Didn't sample a "Bianca" pizza. They've got non-pizza meals as well.

Came here randomly just to try something different. Terrible mistake. First they mixed up the drinks. One with sugar and one without. Other person has diabetes so that's straight up dangerous. Second, the pizza was extremely thin and contained almost no cheese. The definition I have of pizza establishes that the toppings should be held onto the pizza by the cheese. There was so little cheese the toppings just kept falling off when the slices were simply picked up. Then the sauce was extremely chunky. In the worst way. It was more like slices of tomatoes than actual tomato sauce. This picture is a slice of pizza with only the meat removed. No cheese was removed or anything. Every bit of cheese that came on the pizza is on it still. Also notice how extremely thin the pizza is as a whole.

Staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The facility was clean and busy. The pizza was tasty but the serving size seems a little small, especially for the price. They have beer and a large selection of wine available. No idea about the quality of the selection though. I don't know wine. I ordered a diet Coke and I'm 95% certain they served me a regular coke. The neopolitan-style pizza is interesting but the chunky sauce and skimpy serving of cheese may not appeal to your average pizza lover. ~$21 for a small two person pizza (I ordered the "tres" meat pizza) and a couple of soda. A single glass of wine was around $7. I'm sure that varied based on the vintage.

I can't tell if they really have table service or not here. You order at a counter, they do bring the food out, but getting any service beyond that is inconsistent. I had to go from my table to the bar, then wave to get someone's attention. I have been here twice - the food is good, but service is a big question mark.

Clean, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I only ate there once. Would have been 5 stars if server would have kept drinks refilled
