Runza

Do better Runza. I usually never complain until the same thing happens over and over again. We continue getting a large fry and always get 10 fries. So disappointed.

So... Runza is fast food. The cheese burgers are great. The RUNZA's are great too. The fries and onion rings are good when cooked fresh.

Brian at the register was very polite, mannered & very positive. Great guy! I'll be coming back here if I'm in the area forsure!

On my last visit, I added bacon to my double cheeseburger to the cost of an extra 1.80. Unfortunately, when I got home, my double cheeseburger was without bacon. Needless to say, everything was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing except for the missing bacon. To the teenagers working the kitchen...Please remember to take your time and make the customers' orders correctly. People expect to recoeve what they order especially when they pay extra for it.

We tried two places to get service and good food tonight. The M fast food place has no human service. Only kiosk, computer at their drive through, or we could order on their app. No, no, and no! We left. Went to a grocery store to order Chinese, and it looked old and dried out. We left. Came to Runza and received excellent and friendly service and good hot food. They even have human service! Thank you! Runza gets a five!!!
