JF and his staff are knowledgeable bike mechanics and local riders. We stopped in after a busted front wheel left us worried we might not be able to ride again on our vacation/honeymoon. They were able to help fix my husband's wheel, recommend some local trails and just generally be nice to talk with. We'll definitely be stopping by next time we're in the area irregardless of whether we need anything!

Great shop for local knowledge! Stopped in, bought a map, and got a great ride recommended to us. Also, for a totally reasonable fee, had our vehicle dropped off for a great point-to-point ride. If you're on the Sunshine Coast for a short period and don't want to waste your time - JF and Spin Cycles are definitely worth a visit :)

After a less than stellar interaction with a bike shop in Sechelt earlier in the day, we ended up at Spin Cycles after a bike breakdown on nearby trails. They fixed us up on the spot and are obviously very passionate about the riding in the area. I believe it was the owner that was helping us and he spent longer telling us about some great trails than he did fixing the bike. Totally recommend this place.

Came in with a bent derailleur (from my bike traveling in a bike box :/) and wanting to true my tires while on a bike tour in various parts in Canada. They immediately took care of my bike, it works like a charm!, we swapped stories and had laughs and got a couple of stickers to boot which are proudly displayed on my bike and panniers! Super fun place, highly recommend!
