Been enjoying curry since 1978, and have eaten at just about every curry restaurant in Calgary since, and there are lots of them these days. In short, my wife and I agree that Spices in Okotoks is pretty much the 'best' we're ever had the pleasure of dining at. Always super fresh, and flavorful to blow your mind! No warmed up buffet here, simply the best curry flavors and freshness we've ever had. And the most pleasant and appreciative owners and staff! Check it out, you will not regret it!
This place was recommended to us by someone who said its "The Best". We drove out from Calgary and we were not disappointed. The butter chicken, coconut rice and nann bread was by far the best we have ever had. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
Excellent food and very friendly staff. We ordered through the seamless online ordering for dinner and the pickup time estimate was spot on. Kids absolutely loved the butter chicken and the wife and I got the Lamb Jalfrezi and the Chicken Jaipuri. Both were exceptionally temperature hot and flavorful. The saffron rice was also delicious and a great accompaniment. We just recently moved back to Okotoks and have had Spices previously. Very happy to see that the quality of food has remained fantastic. Keep up the great work
We tried like 6 different dishes and they were all delicious! They also provide great customer service. Restaurant was clean . Friendly staff. Food was soooooo good ,Tasty and delicious. We enjoyed a lot after long time with the Indian food that was served. We will come back more to this place and would definitely recommend .
It was delicious! Excellent textures, flavors, and aromas.
This is by far the best Indian curry restaurant I have ever eaten at. The lamb was so tender and not at all gamey. I absolutely enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back for more.
Excellent food as always. Best garlic naan ever! Shrimp korma so creamy and delicious. Lamb garam masala excellent - earthy peppery spicy. Friendly service and appropriate pace. Parking: Ample parking
Great service and amazing food during our visit during New Years - one of Okotoks real gems! We loved their dishes, and being a butter chicken fan, think this is one of the best in the greater Calgary area. Worth driving from NW Calgary for it! Its on our ‘must visit’ list anytime we are in the area.
