Went in with a group of five. Weren't followed around even though I picked up a cook book pretty much as soon as we entered, staff were polite, and overall had a pretty good experience. Ended up finding my new favorite mug here as well as a shirt I had been looking for. I actually found a few shirts I want, but will come back for those later All in all, I will come back again and have yet to ever have a bad experience at this location.

an employee was completely disrespectful to me, she used an unnecessarily rude tone and was absolutely unpleasant for no reason. my friend and i were going to purchase a few items but after this encounter she was following us around the store and made us both extremely uncomfortable so we left without buying anything. extremely disappointed

Level of service and interaction is not nearly as consistent as it used to be, but I do love the store itself.

Being the first time I went there, I wasn't expecting adult toys to be hanging off the shelves. I went in with my 13 year old daughter, who saw what was hanging around, then asked me "dad, what are those for?" I was so embarrassed by what my kid saw that I didn't know what to say to her. We had been directed to that store from a rep at another store in the mall. I know now that the next time I go, I'm not taking my daughter with me. The staff was really friendly otherwise.

Went in today and had the displeasure of dealing with two girls that denied me service because of my medical mask exemption. I tried to show them the document and was willing to show ID to corroborate it but instead they didn't even look at it, they just gave me attitude and told me I could not shop there. I've been here multiple times over the past few months and no other employees have ever had a problem with me. Nice discrimination Spencer's

Went in today and the 2 ladies working were so rude! I understand that some people don't agree with not wearing a mask but they were saying I make the law for this store get out, we make the rules, we don't want you here. Then as I was leaving they said and don't come back when I was out of the store! Out of all the places that I've been in this is the only one that said anything abd it wasn't said nicely, entitled, rude ladies. I don't ever want to shop here again. Disgusting behaviour treating former customers that way!

Terrible experience with staff. Second I walked into the store staff were hounded on me, kept following me around the store and made my friend and I very uncomfortable. This one white woman all of the staff were white started questioning me because I wanted to purchase more than one of the same item. As well as lumped together me and another random Asian person and assumed we were a group. Overall awful experience and made us feel unsafe. We ended up leaving instead of buying anything. Would never shop here again.

Staff were extremely rude and invasive. The store itself is okay overpriced for the quality though and I was going to purchase items but the staff made the experience horrible so I ended up leaving before I could buy anything. I can’t tell if my friend and I were targeted because we’re not white or because we’re teenagers. Staff were not polite to us in any means and kept following us since we entered and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Never coming back here. Don’t shop here if you are POC and don’t want to be harassed by staff. Overall behaviour did not match the company’s image and was most likely just a staffing issue.

Bought a shirt here. When I got back to my car I saw they left the ink tag on it. So I had to go all the way back in. I said 'could you please take the tag off the shirt" and handed her the shirt. I was annoyed because it's a retail job and part of that is removing the anti theft tags. However also understanding because I've worked retail many times before and although I've personally never done this, I understand it happens The lady handed me the shirt back and as I was walking away she yelled "yeah you're welcome" rather rudely. This was at around 6:40 and the mall closes at 7 so as you can imagine, it was pretty dead. They had plenty of time to correct this mistake originally. This is extremely unprofessional and unnaceptable. If you can't do your job and be friendly in a customer retail job maybe look else where. Not happy at all. I didn't get a name however this unprofessional employee was the heavy set woman with black hair and a nose ring.

'Store police' doesn't allow beverages so they expect you to leave your beverage unattended on a dirty floor. As a woman I need to watch my drinks like a hawk so they don't get Ds in them. Won't shop here again.
