Thank you speedy Amazing and friendly staffs I had no appointment, just showed up 45 minutes I was out , Called all the garages in laval no body wanted to change tires without appointment Strongly recommended, They are so speedy lol

When I brought in my car to get a tire change. I waited 50 minutes before they started (when I had an appointment) . When they finished , the mechanic advised me he accidentally broke the armrest when he tried to put back the lock knot . They told me they would have the supervisor call me back and order the proper piece and fix it for the next day. Displeased, I still paid for my tire change although I left with a broken, unsafe armrest. The supervisor DID NOT call me back , I called hours later, He told me to give him a day. The following day , NOBODY called. My boyfriend called in and they said that the piece was not ordered yet. Was this not a priority for them?? When they are the ones who broke it ???!!!! My boyfriend had to call Acura himself to order the piece and charge it to Speedy’s account. the piece would be ready the next day. Our call to Acura took 2min.... The next day (2 days after tire change) , we had to leave work to go get the piece and go to Speedy so that they can get it fixed. They finaly fixed it! As much as we were disappointed with the customer service and all of the hassle during those days, I had a call from Christian (a regional manager) who took my case. We had a mutual understanding and when I went back to speedy, they offered me a full refund on my tire change because of the incidents and finaly Apologized! Although disappointed with the experience , I am glad that we had a mutual agreement at the end and that they took action for their mistakes. If it wasn’t for all of this, i would of rated 5 star.

Best service in town ! I keep going back . It’s my garage now people are honest and very professional. I totally recommend to give it a try and see the prices and services for yourself

Went there for a simple muffler problem they wanted 750$ went to kikos muffler fixed it for 150$
