Untrustworthy, lazy and zero respect for the customer and your time. These jackasses were taking their time laughing and goofing around instead of working on my car. A job that should've been done in ~30 minutes took over an hour because of their incompetence.

My fiance and I took in our Audi for a noisy baring and ended up having to have 3 major repairs to conduct, one after the other, following subsequent visits. I am convinced he broke parts because all of these areas were perfectly fine before going there. It's just not possible that you take the car home from the garage and have to return the next day for unusual sounds that cost 1000$ in repairs, 3 times in a row! We finally gave up and went to a garage our close friend recommended and have not had an issue since. Stay clear from this guy, he is dishonest and arrogant.
