It's lovely and so relaxing! First,at the reception the girls are very polite and smiling! If it's your first time someone will show you around! Also at the reception you leave your jacket and your boots and I like it.Then you have separate washrooms with locker and showers, and depends on your package you have a clean towel,bathrobe. The spa space is big and like in photos,very cozy and relaxing! The relaxing spot is nice, you find there apples,tea,dark chocolate,cold water and very delicious smooties! I had a 30 min chocolate hydromassage which is awsome,I enjoyed very much!I like the place because it's clean,cozy and you can relax 100%. The massage and the pedicure are fantastic,thank you girls! I felt like a princess! I really recommend this spa!

Amazing spa in the city! Very clean. Staff was a bit slow in between services, so there was a lot of waiting around, but overall an amazing experience. Definitely coming back!

Was just so so. A bit intimate for how many people they admit at a time. Large bath was out of service, all the lounge chairs were taken. Lockers don't all work. A bit surprised at the price, considering all that.

Massage with Arnaud was fantastic; staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they should have slippers for guests along with the robes - I was on vacation in winter and did not have slippers with me.

I called spa finlandais Monday to book a massage a d Spa fir Wednesday 13:00. I have been there many times. When I arrived ed there I have been told no you do not have a reservation. So I said you called me and you confirmed my appointment. I checked my phone for the phone number that called me for a confirmation and I t was booked in spa l’escale. I do not know how that has happened I called a 450 area code Laval and I got a booking in Montreal. How that is possible? Never the less, I rushed from Laval to Montreal rue Molson. Staff rating 4, facility 1 Showers 1, sauna 1 dry sauna door dies not close, steam room odour was too agressive on the eyes, massage with Particia was very good. Apparently showers 3 are closed to be repaired. Reading other reviews this was mentioned a while ago and they are still closed.

I went there three times already and schedule an appointment for a couple's massage. It's a small spa but I love that they have parking and the location is pretty good. Also, I found that it's better to go early. There a couple more people around noon-1 pm on and there is a limit of 3-4 people per bath/jacuzzi/sauna etc. I've had two massage therapist that were great and listened to my concerned and one that didn't. It was still a good massage but after telling you to switch the pressure twice, I stop asking. I had a couple of regions I wanted her to insist on, and she barely touched them . The people I brought with me were all pleased with their massages. Overall, great place. Will be going there regularly.

Good variety of services massages, baths, saunas and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Nice individualized massages with smoothie or chocolates after if they ran out of smoothies. The poke bowl was good but it took them a bit over an hour for them to prepare. So if you're planning to eat there, you'll have to plan it in advance. Last but not least, I'm not sure if it's because there were a lot of people during spring break but the women locker room was not the cleanest in the evening one bathroom was locked, the other one had no more toilet paper, one shower wasn't draining well...

I’m a client of this spa since 2013 and for a good reason. The service is excellent. Of course it doesn’t mean it’s perfect. My suggestions is you need to talk to them and find the therapist that suits your need. It might take a few try. Also I would avoid the place during their busiest moments because it’s a very small place. Other than that it’s definitely a great spa!

Besides the massage that I got, everything else was so underwhelming that I couldn’t wait to leave. The changing rooms were filthy with hair and dirt all over the floor. The showers were filthy and a lot of the shower heads were not working properly. The saunas and hot tubs were overcrowded so it didn’t feel relaxing at all. Oh and when I finally did get in the hot tub, a big ball of hair was floating around in it. Will not be going back

4.5This spa is small oasis, nestled away in an unsuspecting office building. Contains 2 small jacuzzis, 1 small ice jacuzzi with waterfall, 1 steam room, 1 sauna, 1 lounge area, and a few small sitting rooms. Clean and adequate change rooms. When you buy a massage, they provide complimentary acess to the spa, locker, towel and housecoat, I believe this is the only spa in Montreal that does this. The staff is fantastic the front staff, masseuses and random staff are all very friendly, nice and helpful. I've been there a number of times and always impressed with the staff. The lounge area provides complimentary nuts, apples, tea and water. After the massage you are given a small smoothie and chocolate. These are all fantastic touches that really add the experience. You can order sushi from a local shop. It is really a nice spa, the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 is: - the website is annoying they only accept credit, no visa debitand you have to prepay -the 2 small jacuzzis are not very hot and can be crowded, should just be 1 big one -wish there were more food options Very nice spa, worth a visit.
