Paid almost $150 for a standard pedicure and shellac manicure and the shellac manicure started chipping less than 48 hours later. I was staying at a hotel so I didn't even wash dishes or do any work with my hands. In five days I've had to go in twice for fixes. First time they were apologetic, second time they seemed mildly annoyed... It's too bad because the first tech was actually really lovely and personable. I think she got the blame but it must be the polish. I don't think I'll go back.
Arezoo Movahed has been the best nail technician I've had so far! My bio gel manicures and gel pedicures are always perfect and I love coming to see her every 2 weeks. I tried several nail salons over the years and Look Manicure Express has always been my favorite. The salon, staff and owners are wonderful.Services: Pedicure
Absolutely excellent experience. We came with a group of 6 women getting a multitude of different nail services and they were incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional. The salon itself is a trendy little space and all the estheticicians were all lovely. Highly recommended!!

Ask for Naomi - best nail master I’ve encountered in years!!!! The salon is clean, tools are sterilized and single-use. Professional, fun ambiance. Can’t say enough good things, thank you Naomi, I’m coming back for sure.
Two weeks ago, I came for a manicure/ pedicure with a friend for the first time. Our experience was totally positive and we enjoyed our time from start to finish. From the beginning, we were treated very respectfully and offered drinks the moment we sat down. The place is gorgeous inside and clean, which makes it very catching to the eye and comfortable from the get go. The two girls who worked on us, we're friendly and extremely careful and concsenious when asking us exactly what we wanted and which colour and shape we liked. The manicure was beautifully done and I got so many compliments. My friend was also pleased with the job. Our pedicures took one hour and it was probably the most relaxing one I've had. All the products used were excellent, and had nothing to complain about. They offer you a brand new buffer and file, which is a very nice little extra! Every client gets a new box of products used during their pedicure which you can even take home after.We both really loved the coconut spray smells amazing they use after which I've never had before. The quality of the manicure and pedicure were worth everything we payed and we will definitely be coming back. It's beautiful inside and the vibe is great! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their experience and take their time in getting a manicure or pedicure that lasts and is very well done. I felt the need to write about my experience because I was pleasantly surprised how great this place was and couldn't believe that this was only my first time there. This is definitely my place from now on, and look forward for to my next visit ! Thanks so much!!!
Myself and 2 friends came for a full pedicure today for the first time. As soon as we walked in we were offered something to drink. Our pedicures were time respected and the nail technicians really took their time and actually did a complete foot massage which we appreciated a lot. It was a nice first experience and I would book again. Thank you Look Manicure for making us feel like important clients and not just another customer walking in and rushing to get to the next person or rushing to finish. :
Every time I go to Look, be it for a shellac Mani, Pedi, facial or waxing I have a truly amazing experience. The staff is always so patient and friendly, helpful with the process of choosing colours and always ready to serve a drink, hot or cold. The spa is sophisticated, beautiful and immaculate. They use personalized files and buffers for each client showing the degree to which their standards are. I am always recommending the salon, it is my place forever, every time I go I have a renewed appreciation for their services.
Excellent service, Esther and her staff are always welcoming and very professional. Look has an exceptional variety of colours to offer her clients for shellac and regular polish. Always keeping on trend, the girls will definitely counsel you on which colour is best and which application will be the nicest. You always look amazing walking out of Look.. thank you ladies!
I love the staff here, they are super friendly and professional. The place looks so chic, really feels like you're in a spa and not in any other nail salon. I usually do shellac mani and regular pedi. The shellac lasts for over 3 weeks in perfect condition, no chipping. They always do such a meticulous job on my nais which is so important for me. My nails are stronger than ever because the removal of the gel doesn't damage your nails. Definitely recommend this place!!
