Good experience. Friendly and competent staff. Appointments are on time. Felt I could trust Dr. Sohn to do my surgery. Surgery was scheduled quickly and went very well. Questions were answered. Very positive experience.

The first time I visited Dr. Sohn's office he walked into the room & touched my ankle & didn't say a word to me. He then proceeded to walk over to his computer and started typing away. He was typing for a good 3 mins and still had not said a word to me. I was the one who always had to ask questions about my condition because he was mute everytime I visited his office. If I wanted to know what was wrong with my ankle I had to ask because he didn't make any effort to explain to me what was going on even while examining me. I visited his office 4 times before I was fed up with this quiet & very rude person. He has horrible bedside manners & doesn't really say alot. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you are referred to Dr. Sohns office request a different Ortho doc asap. I am not a fan of this doctor & will never visit him again.

I was driving an hour and a half to see dr. Sohn. He still doesn't know what's wrong months later after surgery. Instead of referring me to another doctor he keeps scheduling appointments 1 month away for the same appointment over and over. The staff can be insanely rude and they do not do call, email, text or any other kind of appointment reminder. I also have a piece of paper saying when my appointment was but it was wrong (their mistake) and there was no way to verify that they were wrong BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY DONT CALL TO TELL YOU WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS. Which would be fine if THE INFORMATION THEY GAVE YOU AT THE OFFICE WAS CORRECT.

Dr. SOHN lacks tact. He doesn't care about your background. The manager "Dorothy" is completely unaccomodating and even rude.
