The front office definitely needs help. I have had many co-workers, medical professionals, and family members tell me to switch. I've been going to Dr. Campbell for over 10 yrs., but lately I noticed a severe lack of compassion. He doesnt even respond to messages on mychart. It's like he's become out of touch with his patients.....came across as not being conducive to first responders.
Worst customer service ever. Ann the enrollment person was literally useless. I tried for almost 2 months to see a doctor here. Called probably 15 times, left atleast 6 messages, reconfirmed my email and Ann never sent my forms to enroll that she said she would. Check your spam she said. Not there Ann cause you never sent them. Very frustrating when you need to see a doctor. I say fire her b4 you lose more patients. Don't waste your time with her.
