Great to work with on my trade-in when the dealer in London wouldn't even look at it. I receive great service from them on my new waverunner and my old boat too.

Extremely friendly staff, and personable owners! This is the only place that I will take my boat to be serviced.

Dave Gill and his team run a great boat sales and repair business. We have been customers for years and have always been happy with service and prices.

Wow, where to start. I'm going to rate this place a single star only because I cannot submit it as "no stars". Whom ever Mr. Rowe was fortunate enough to deal with either no longer works there or is his buddy. Let me tell you about my experiences at this dealership. My family and I are looking for a fish/ski boat and Crestliner is at the top of my list for choices. That being said we attended there at the end of summer in 2015 to see what was available, prices, options etc.. The teenager that was working the front desk that day did his best but did not know anything about inventory, pricing, financing or if there were any boats to look through other then peaking under the covers of the one's in the front parking lot. Which, by the way, was for us to go pull off the covers to look inside with no sales assistance. He was certainly very happy to provide me with boat pamphlets which in this day and age are dinosaurs as far as I'm concerned (I have the internet and can read about the boats there). This experience did not sour my opinion about Southwest Marine, I chalked it up to what was likely a summer job and a kid doing his best. Then comes today, Monday March 21st 2016, the day I lost two hours of my life. I decided to make the trip from London to see what used boats may be available now, what may be coming in on trade and discuss pricing on a couple models that our of interest to me. Upon arrival I entered the office and observed a dark haired employee, 35-45 years approximately, sitting in the office near the front counter. I stood at the front counter wondering if he was alone or if perhaps there was another staff member in the back area. This employee (or owner for all I know) saw me there as we made eye contact and continued speaking to the male in his office. This initially made me believe there must be someone else working as he made no effort to signal he would be coming or acknowledge my presence. So I walked around, looked at the print out of used boats they had, not knowing whether this was current or not. I then looked at life jacket, radios, anchors, outboards, skis and just about anything else I could look at to kill time despite having absolutely no interest in. Nothing. So I stood back at the counter in front of his glass office door while he continued chatting with what must have been his buddy. Their conversation was not about a sale from what I heard but instead his buddy talking about the "new f**cken boat launch the're putting in" and other various f-bomb riddled sentences. Again, without a single acknowledgment of my presence, a quick door opening to say "I'll be with you in a moment" or "Can I help you". Brutal. So instead I walked out, perused the plastic wrapped boats outside for another few minutes but the service remained absent. Wow. I will be buying a boat this spring but it will certainly not be from this business, so glad I made the hour drive.

Called them on Saturday to re-prpgram my Yamaha waverunner, service adviser told me it takes three hours of labour. I questioned the amount of time he quoted but he said that what it takes. Had it fixed somewhere else is took 5 minutes to program. I wouldn't go to this place for any work!!!!
