I have dealt with London and Sarnia Krown shops for easily 30 years. I keep going back to them because they have an excellent product and fantastic service. I decided to try a small Northville Krown shop because it is just down the street from where we live. It is not as fancy as the other shops but they have all of the same products as the larger city shops. They were so easy to deal with. They gave me the same long time customer discounts as the big city shops. I got along very well with the husband/ wife owners even though I did not know them before doing business with them for the first time. They are 10 minutes down the street from my home. They treated both of my cars. What's not to like. I will be back next fall.

Rick the owner is a gem in the "used car salesman market" full of dishonest people trying to take you for every dollar.. He dealt with me in a very honest and transparent way. He was very accommodating and responsive since i was not able to see the car in person . only communicated over email/ phone But given the additional  info and pictures he provided me  I was comfortable enough  to close a deal over the phone. I have been going to Northville auto krown rust protection for several years now. I have a 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan and it was just done today and have been reported that there is no rust on this van whatsoever. I chalk that up to a great Crown Rust Protection Program offered here at Northville. Thank you for preserving my van.
