Southern Coos Specialty Clinic

A+++++ Southern Coos Specialty Clinic in Bandon is a great health care facility with great people throughout! The customer service people, the ma, and my new doctor Paul Preslar are all wonderful and I am looking forward to trusting these people with my care. A much much better choice with no toxicity as compared to the Waterfall Community Health Center.

Cayenne was very friendly and helpful. Bella from housekeeping also made us feel welcome at at ease. I got the impression of a clean, orderly, well run hospital near our home. Thank you.

Dr. Preslar is a caring doc and listens to his patients. I look forward to many years of him being my primary care physician. Cassie is conscientious, respectful and kind. The office seems well organized and the manager is accommodating as well.

I have always had great experiences at this clinic. I’ve been going to this clinic since 2016. Although four of the nurse practitioners I saw have moved on, I luckily received another great care provider in Debra Guzman. What I’ve always liked about the care given is they all have listened. They take their time with me and never rush me out the door. They care about the patient, everyone, including the person at the desk checking people in, to the the nurse who checks my bills pressure. It is a professional, caring, friendly and helpful clinic. Thank you all!

The nurse that did my mammogram was very gentle and told me what she was doing each step of the way.

Everyone was pleasant.. and the check in went easy and just a couple signatures and a short wait then was called in quickly. Thank you for being here.

Dr. Mitchell is truly an exceptional practitioner. She possessed a relaxed, gentle, and empathetic demeanor while interacting with me during my visit. Her thoroughness in reviewing my medical records and discussing the issues that related to those records was a rare experience and a testament to her competency. Dr Mitchell utilizes a variety of wholistic disciplines in her approach to my care and encourages my interaction in developing a course of treatment. She discusses her thoughts with clarity, depth, and compassion with the end goal of keeping me fully educated while formulating a course of action. She is the only physician I’ve encountered that I’ve felt totally at ease with and she clearly is devoted to a relationship with her patients.

Highly recommend! We are so lucky to have this medical center in Bandon right next to the hospital. The quality of care at the clinic is excellent and the nurses and doctors are very attentive.

Debra Guzman and her staff are outstanding! I feel blessed to have them as my primary medical team.
