Southern Community Dental Care

The Korean hygienist was very friendly. She explained me every steps before she does, that made my feeling so much less scary. However every time I visit there, all the receptionist are really bad. They never smile and looks like they got angry :( So I am giving only 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic. The dentist was prompt, all of the staff were extremely friendly. They had me in and out in a short amount of time and were very professional while always making sure I was comfortable.

The enviroment is clean. Went here for a standard cleaning as a one off with my wife whose been here before. My wife paid $160 we both got exactly the same cleaning done(30 mins) and it took literally the same time as it was done simultaneously in the same room by 2 dental assistants. Where it differed was i was charged almost double and walked into xray machines i did not even need or ask for and were definitely not mandatory to make a bill at the end of a regular teeth clean. $303 for me $168 for my wife. I was not happy with the fact i was paying for ridiculous things that i didnt need to get done so i went back and spoke to the dentist in charge at the time he apologised and was pleasent and said only Dr Guan the owner of the place can fix the charges and hes in holiday for a few weeks... I find it kind of ridiculous how they can causally charge any amount but when it comes to disputing it only the owner can deal with that... It was basically like going to a phone shop to buy a phone and they throw in all the extras like cases and chargers and what not and forget to mention each one of them your paying for. My mistake was as a health establishment i didn't think they would be doing such things to just GRAB MONEY so my guards were down. Waiting for Dr Guans arrival which is roughly "some weeks"?

My family has been going here and honestly, they have the most caring and considerate employees ever...Dr Guan is a very awesome guy, and I would definitely recommend this place

I have had great service. They have told me exactly what I needed to know. professional and quick. I recommend this place to people. the hygienist even remembered me from 6 months prior. so friendly.
