everything is great except for the receptionist, i first noticed her hostility the literal first time i was there. and i started to think mabye she just had a bad day…. but no, every single time i’ve came back i’ve seen her be almost RUDE to everyone she talks to. whenever i have seen her on the phone talking to people i see her roll her eyes and snap at people if they don’t understand something. i even asked other people if that one receptionist was kinda a jerk and they said YES so it is a constant in all of my experiences going there. everyone else is fantastic though. no complaints in any other factor. but you’re supposed to have a friendly face or atleast someone not MEAN at the front desk and boy did they not have that.

Been going to Dr. Bronstein's office for 5+ years and had nothing but positive experiences. I've never felt pressured into doing any procedures and always received a clear and logical explanation for his recommendations. Also, just a very good dentist. I've had more cavities filled here then I'd care to admit and it's never been painful. I also enjoy him and the dental assistant's discussions about the WPG Jets!

Been going here for years, Dr. B does not mess around, best dentist i have hadand I do not like dentist's. He works accordingly to your tolerance levels. Good man!

Hi I never write bad review about a business.I believe this place regardless to employees which bring food to their home for their families should be closed. Recieptionest is a aged retired women.i think owener pay her less than other. Dentist is looking for a way to charge you. They asked me to take a X-ray while I had one.when I asked them to show me the X-ray I saw my they took pic from another teeth and dental assistance cause injury on my mouth with a sharp thing that I never used for X-ray before. Generally speaking if you are going to this clinic be aware you you going to pay money to someone who like money not to a doctor who wants help you. Greedy people I never back again.

the woman the from desks .. is a rude person .. she talks to you as if you were begging ... when I went for a cleaning .. I gave her my information and for those days l was ei so I would not have to pay but the same day I made the appointment for my child but my child have health insurance from his father ... a few days they sent me the bill of my procedure ... when I sent it for eia I went and told them why and she told me that as my son had insurance ... and the woman began to raise the voice and very annoyed at that moment was with her another girl at that time and she told her to calm down my point is that the person in front does not have a good attitude for the public shouldn't work on that ... .. should be noted that the person who did the procedure was very professional and friendly!

I been going to dr bronstein half of my life but the receptionist should retire like I called on the weekend and left a voicemail but they never called me back then I have to call them again its like playing phone tag with the receptionist
