My Wife dropped off two pairs of pants Dec 6th for hemming. One of the pairs was to be standard hem, the other “original” hem where they use the factory distressed hem to keep the original look, there is an extra charge for this. When she picked the order up on Dec 7th and brought them home she noticed that they had simply hemmed both pairs, she returned the one pair and they agreed to fix their mistake. Today Dec 8th she returned to pick up the pants and was very disappointed with the result, the stitching was uneven and sloppy, and the leg opening is not straight. The response to this was that “nobody will even notice it” and “what do you expect? it to be perfect?”. Clearly not the response you want to receive when trusting a business with your clothing alterations. A refund for the cost of the work was refused and for her troubles the shop offered her a 10$ credit on her next job

Gotten a few things hemmed and repaired here. Always my go-to place for anything I need tailored! Always a fair price and friendly service.

I ordered a bag online and it arrived completely different than what I expected. I brought it in to South Trail Fashions and Alterations with a hope she could make it manageable for a trip as this has to carry an awkwardly sized piece. Not only did she make the bag manageable, she completely took it apart and made a custom bag that is better than any bag I have had for this item! Great attention to detail, very meticulous with the entire project and the fact that she spent over 6 hours creating this for me, the price was very reasonable. Five star all around.

I've been going to this location for about three years now. I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. I typically go there to hem my jeans and dress pants, as well as minor repairs. They've fixed a few blown out seams in my favourite gym shorts too I love my shorts and reinforced the crotch in my favourite of my jeans, adding another year of life : They do a great job.

Do not go here. This is the absolute worst for alterations. Not only did they ruin every single one of the bridesmaid dresses. they all broke apart where the alterations were made, right after the ceremony was complete; It was an absolute nightmare trying to get them to alter the wedding dress. They said "no we cant do that" to every single thing we wanted, and all we wanted was for them to raise it an inch. After paying insane money UP FRONT to get the work done, we made it to a destination wedding, only to find out that they didnt do the work we paid them for. They left the pins and needles IN the dress. And the bride ended up slicing her feet open as she walked down the aisle. When we called to ask for our money back, they fought us. Saying its too late, we paid them for a service that they "completed" They ruined a brides wedding day. They ruined her special moment. Do not go here.

They did a perfect job on my dressletting out the seams. Friendly and very helpful staff, Monika is such a lovely person. They work very fast and always on time.

This is the kind of people who own the store: They butchered a suit and dress and would only refund me the cost if I agreed to take down my bad Google review. Get bent. Save your clothes and DO NOT get any alterations done here.
