Just wanted to get my duvet cover fixed. Came to Cyrex and they were closed for holidays, they did not update the website. Came a second time a week later same thing. Finally on the third try I got in and dropped the cover off. Came to pick up says to see a note on the door “will be back in 20 mins”. Have been outside now for 40 mins waiting and now the shop is about to close. Very unprofessional of not notifying people of when the shop is opened and closed. High quality repair of my duffle bag nylon strap, takes about a week or longer, the quality and price was better than expected.

Unbelievable. I heard so many great things about Cyrex. I took two pair of new hiking pants to be altered, take some of the bagginess out. Instead of sliming the legs using inside and outside factory seems, they decided to take the material out of the back of the leg and make an ugly seem down the back of the leg. Not only that, they couldn't even put the new seam down the centre line of the pants. Also, on one of the pairs of pants there was a factory elastic draw cord to cinch the cuff. My receipt clearly shows that this was to be retained. They forgot to put it back in and don't have the parts, they were discarded. $400 worth or pants destroyed. And paid them $150 on top of that.
