Kindness and compassion from my phone call through out the appointment. My 82 year old mother had a fall that caused damage to her mouth. They saw her the same day. Thier caring and concern for her well being was wonderful. Dr. Pihlstrom and his team are exceptional at all aspects of their care. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here, apart from the fact that I was there to have all four of my impacted wisdom teeth removed lol.
The receptionists were very sweet and humorous. The assistants and nurses were all very nice and made small talk easy. The doctor was thorough in meeting with me before the procedure and walked be through every thing that was going on pre-op. Recovery was nice and quick. Discharge instruction were clear and concise.
I would highly recommend this clinic for any sort of oral surgery that you may be considering. Staff was great, services were fantastic.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! My 9 year old daughter had to have 3 teeth extracted last year. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctor, were just fabulous. They are all very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very professional. I am returning to them for some work that my son needs done. I recommend them highly!

I would really love to give this dental office a good review. The surgeon is kind and knowledgeable. However, it doesn't make it worth it to go here because billing is so incompetent. First, I was told my insurance wasn't accepted. I called my insurance and was told that they were indeed a provider. Then, the my insurance was not billed properly. I provided information of both insurances and made it clear which on was primary and which one was secondary, several times. They still managed to mess it up and simply billed the secondary insurance as the lone insurance. Then the financial coordinator Martha had the nerve to blame me for not providing it when I had! She was unnecessarily rude. I can understand making a mistake but it needs to be admitted and fixed. There's no need to be nasty.
