I’m really not sure why everyone gives these girls a bad rating. They’ve always been nice when we go in there. They know what they’re doing and almost always have answers to my questions. If they don’t know, they find out. They’ve been helpful for us many times with license plates, stickers, renewals, trailers, etc.

Always helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend them very highly to anyone who has a sense of value and common courtesy. And if you aren't in the system, I never did anything to "get in the system" but I k nm own that I have had help over and above the call of duty. GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!😊

There are 2 female employees there who are just flat out mean. I came in there to try to cash a paycheck and the employee refused to help me because I was not in the system.They are flat out rude.She did not even bother to put me in the system. I think it sucks that Mokena has only one currency exchange with lazy employees who do not like to help their customers avoid this currency if you can as long as you have rude stuck up employees who don't wanna help you I am not sure how they are still open..

This is NOT a cirrency exchange.  They do not exchange foreign currency.
