South Muskoka Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic

i was very didsappointed today with this clinic. I made sure to call ahead to see what time they were open until. i was told 4:30. i left and arrived at 5 minutes to 4 and was told they were closed and i should have looked at the sign. hopefully this doesn’t happen to other people.

Used the walk-in clinic on Boxing Day. I expected a long wait time, but I was wrong. Minimal wait time, pleasant front office staff and the doctor was excellent. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you from using this clinic.

Though other reviews discouraged me from coming here, I still gave it a try! Had a wonderful experience. The receptionist forewarned me that it'd be a bit of a wait to see a doctor upon arrival shortly after 9 am, so I came back an hour later and saw the doctor after about 30 mins. The waiting room had some cool literature. Anyways. Thank you!!

A complete waste of time say you can be looked at make you wait just to tell you that your not on the dr roster its a walk in clinic not americas got talent they give drs a bad name i thought they are here to help people not pick and choose like a lottery if there was a spot for no star that is what i would have picked

Appointments and walk-in wait times are outrageous for a clinic. Hours upon hours. I came here with my mother and we waited 3 hours before we got put into a room just to wait another hour or so. The pace is extremely slow, for the lack of helpful service you actually get.
