This was the first time my husband and I tried Jet's, and will be the last. We did a walk-in order, a large "All Meaty" , hand tossed garlic crust. It was around 3pm and not busy. We received a deep dish meaty (not the correct toppings). I was going to refuse it, because we had already waited 20 minutes and I needed to get my husband home. While we waited we were forced to listened to the two female workers discuss their personal life (because they were talking so loud), including one of them being hung over. The pizza tasted funny and quality below some frozen pizzas I've had.

Horrible customer service. Wait an hour for our pizza. Also ordered 2 large salads and they forgot those. Ranch bottle head broken fresh seal. This was all last week. I went in there today and the cashier maybe said three words to me. I'm surprised there was any money at all in the tip jar. I guess I'll be going to Main Street Pizza from now on.

They have a good deep dish. Customer services is very bad. Not sure I'll get food anymore just because of it.
