After moving into my new house, I knew the hardwood floors needed some TLC. Mr. Sousa was referred to me by my realtor and was very easy to contact. He started on my floors within 5 days of communicating with him (despite his busy summer schedule). I was nervous about certain spots due to "animal" staining and dry wood cracking. He was able to work his magic and the floors came out immaculate! He used a semi-gloss finish and it really made them shine! I would highly recommend him to anyone for his expertise and professionalism.

Steve did a great job sanding down my American Cherry floors. Not only was he on time and budget, but his work was flawless. They vacuumed up very well when the sanding was done as well. We could not be more pleased with the work they just completed. Super honest and very easy to talk with. Do not hesitate to call him for you hardwood flooring needs! Mike and Kristen

Sanded floors down to bare wood and applied three coats of polyurethane to 1050 square feet of floor, plus staircase. Steve did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional. He started when promised and finished on time. He was pleasant to work with and the floors look AMAZING. He took time to answer questions and give information about the whole floor refinishing process. Thanks, Steve and crew!

Steve and Doug were professional, punctual, and know their stuff. We had just purchased a 1925 Colonial and had no idea what to expect of the wood floors once the decades-old carpet came up, but Steve and Doug had great ideas on how to fix the handful of areas that needed to be patched. Overall, they did an an amazing job. The floors look incredible and we couldn't be happier! Extremely reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend them! Description of work: Ripped up carpet and refinished floors in 5 rooms with some patching
