D J's Automotive

I've bought two cars from DJ and my brother has bought one. He was always fair with prices and honest about the vehicles. Both vehicles have been reliable good cars, and i still rely on DJ for any car repair needs. I highly recommend this dealership.

I'm on my 3rd car from DJ's Automotive and my family has been doing business with him for 5 years. We have brought 6 vehicles from him and are in the talks of a 7th. He makes the car-buying experience wonderful, you can tell DJ has been in the car business for a long time, he know his cars inside and out. His mechanics are very qualified and take care of your vehicle. I have recommended many friends to him for their new car or even for service work on their current vehicles, all have been very satisfied. I highly recommend DJ's automotive, DJ is an honest and hardworking car guy who will take care of you.

I just saw your new website and I wanted to comment that I am very impressed. It looks great, very easy to use. My family and I have bought several vehicles thru the years from DJ's Automotive and we are very happy customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car! Whenever I am driving around Western Mass., if there is a Toyota in front of me, it almost always has a "sold by DJ's Automotive" sticker on it. We have all our service on the cars done there ... oil changes, tune-ups, brakes ... they are Toyota/Honda/Nissan experts, and they really know their stuff.

I'd give them no stars, but it's not possible. Simply put, I was searching on autotrader for a vehicle because I knew exactly what I wanted. I found what I wanted on their lot, which is a 3.5 hour drive from my house. I called them and, as directed on their website (they don't have a real site, by the way...just one provided to them through autotrader), I asked for "Dave." Dave, it turns out, is "DJ" himself, the owner. He stalled when calling me back about my trade value. He stalled when calling me back about the final negotiated price of the truck. He began dodging my calls completely, and I started to smell something fishy, but still scheduled myself out of the office so I could make the trip down to buy it. I have just gotten off the phone after being told that they took a deposit on the truck THREE DAYS ago. There was no mention of a need to put a deposit down, because I would have been happy to do so. His staff seems nice enough, but he treated me like every smarmy used-car salesman cliche in the book. Avoid him at all costs (unless you're into frustration.)
