Long story short, use a delivery service. I started ordering through Door Dash, prices were reasonable and portions were realistic! Going in the store costs more and portions are a joke... Oxtail bowl to be exact ! 3piece a oxtail fi $16.00 Looks messy because i asked them to heat up the rice cold and hard....
Havent been here in a long time so I decided to come here last week because I liked their soups. Got a chicken soup and the chicken tasted funny like it was old, the soup itself was good! The lady and gentlemen who served me barely said anything to me, customer service was not great. I really wanted to love this place
If I could give zero stars I would. This place was marketed to have many types of soup available and they usually have 2 flavours, usually just broth. The locations in the East have never delivered poor service as much as the Brampton location has. It’s truly sad.
I’ve been supporting this place for years. The food quality is consistently delicious, pricing is reasonable, and the service is great! I’d definitely recommend you get a loyalty card, because you’ll return and it’ll eventually come in handy.
The customer service is horrible. I was yelled at because I wanted to confirm my order since the lady didn’t repeat or confirm it for me. The cow foot soup wasn’t that great but the red peas soup was great!
DO NOT EAT HERE. I got oxtail bowl and 2 patties cheesy beef/ jerk chicken .. which came up to 24$! I have extreme food poisoning from this food.. upset stomach nauseous vomiting.. it was the only food I ate for the day and it was probably been sitting out for too long! They’ve got to do better at serving food for all day long and lots of people. This what happens when small businesses franchise. Highly disappointed will never eat here again.
First off, soup was very good. BUT service is terrible. So bad it lost 2 stars. I will say this carefully, if you are not dark in complexion you get looked at and treated like an alien. Heard this from 3 other people. some places sadly to say dont understand basic levels of how to treat customers. this is one such place. I will order from there again, but only from a food delivery service
come here from time to time to get their chicken soup to go.. it’s always really good and never have complaints other than the chicken is always pretty unappetizing and there’s barely any meat... ever. lol. today i was eating my chicken soup and felt something nasty in my mouth... i pull out what appears to be an orange pepper with a giant mouldy spot on it...... i’m disgusted but also confused. i will attach a photo incase anyone has any explanation of what is in my food.....
Great tasting Caribbean style soups. Lots of choices. They also just started serving bowls. Customer service is not the best.Food: 5/5
Food is excellent here. I highly recommend anyone that loves Jamaican food to come and get there’s. I personally feel like the workers are rude and obnoxious but the food is excellent.
