Very simple and basic interior decor. Fast service and friendly staff. Easy to understand menu. The food is tasty and fresh. Adequate portions. Very affordable prices.
It was my first time visiting here and not only me, but everyone else I was with really enjoyed it here. The waitors and waitresses are very kind and polite. The service was also very fast. The food was so so good. I love the soup especially that it's only a $1 extra. The peanut butter dumplings are to die for. I will definitely be back.
Didn't see any people inside, so we got all of the attention from the staff, food was good and served quickly. We had the imperial rolls and dumplings to start, I could drink that peanut butter sauce! For the mains we had general tao meal pictured and #18. Too full for dessert! It hit the spot.
It’s great to have a soup restaurant in the Valois area! Spacious with a a variety of Asian food selections.
I was so worried when I saw that their restaurant was no longer on St. Jean! They’ve moved to Sources but the food is just as great! Definitely my top spot for Pho in the West Island, especially since the staff is so nice and thoughtful. They always remember you and their service is excellent. Highly recommend, tell all your friends about this sweet and cozy spot in the West!
Excellent-sized single portion of General Tao Chicken with rice and a side of Hunan Chicken Dumplings in Peanut Sauce. Zesty, different and sweet! The dumplings had a spicy tinge which reminds me of my traditional Satay Sauce, which is a rare delight! A must-try!
very good, new place, very clean, we like the soup here....
The service was excellent! Our server was smiling, speaks English and french and was polite and friendly. We got our food rather quickly even though they had just opened the kitchen. The portions are large and packed with healthy vegetables. My teriyaki shrimp came with big shrimp, not the tiny cheap kind. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would go again very soon.
I need to try more menu items to properly rate this restaurant. My wife had the Japanese curry. We both liked it. I had Szechuan shrimp. They were supposed to be spicy but I would say they were sweet. Our son had a won ton soup. The broth we very tasty as were the won tons. It was a bit unorthodox, having mushrooms, celery, carrots and cabbage in the broth but still good. We will go back to try more options.
A total rip off! They charge 14 dollars a plate and all you have have is barely 2-3 pieces of cut up salmon forget about having a decent piece of fish! Everything is cut in pieces even the chicken or the beef !! Completely ridiculous! There is mostly rice and rotten salad leaves and let’s not forget the over fried imperial roll!! I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants but this one is definitely the cheapest place not to mention the arrogant manager that thinks that the portions are fine the way they are!
