This was my first time visiting the salt city Market, and it was a good experience. I got the fried chicken plate with Mac and cheese and yams as the side. It was all tasty, especially the yams! The chicken was crispy, which was great, but the meat itself was a little dry, which would be my only complaint. The service was great and friendly. I plan on coming back and trying something different, and I would recommend visiting!

I visited SOULutions on 9/14/22 and I decided to order the St. Louis Special, and I’m definitely glad I chose that meal. So much great flavor in one dish without it being overbearing, which impressed me. I also appreciated the presentation, which does matter.

Baby daddy surprised me today came home with some Mustard Bbq Chicken, greens, Mac & Cheese was on point, definitely recommend the cornbread he shared some of his home fries those were ok. Anyone in Syracuse should least go here to try it out. Different people have different experiences. You can't judge a place based off on the lowest reviews

Soulutions ia a very authentic soul food experience. I would say of the few places which serves soul food can compare. I have been here countless of times with my fiancé and we truly enjoy the food and employees. They are very friendly and provide a unique experience every visit. There are also specials on Friday for fried catfish which are amazing!

Just had the Red Double with Fire Mac and Cheese and was very impressed! Juicy burger, toasted bun, fresh vegetables and killer sauce. The Mac and Cheese is a meal in itself.

Great locally owned soul food inspired place. The male staff is usually friendly and the food is excellent. A bit pricey but, I understand that the location is considered relatively prime for the outskirts of downtown Syracuse. The sides are phenomenal and definitely worth a visit if you happen to be next door at the Marriott or just relaxing near downtown. Definitely recommend.

SOULutions food is amazing! The owner/Chef Sley was able to accommodate our request to feed 20-25 people with ease! The flavors and quality of the food was more than 5 Stars! The students who attended the dinner all said they will be visiting SOULutions, and we will definitely be back too! Thank you Sley for making our event a success!

I can't give this place 5 stars because it wasn't perfect but it was far better than I actually expected. I hate Syracuse food with a passion, with limited exceptions. This place was actually pleasantly surprising. Normally Mac and cheese from restaurants is dry, this was not, it actually stood out not as some bland side but almost a secondary star of the show next to the chicken. The chicken could've been a bit more juicy but still was very flavorful nonetheless. If I made any recommendation it would be to lower the salt, but otherwise pretty good spot they've got here.

If you don't like this food, then you don't like food. If I could give this plate more stars I would. Service is top notch as well. And I haven't even tried the signature ribs yet....

The food was absolutely delicious, the burger had this fantastic sauce and the macaroni was so good Definitely recommend
