4 days in and things are running slowly. Staff are very friendly, but unfamiliar with menu items. Be prepared to wait longer than average. Some staff members appeared confused while trying to manage orders. This is naturally expected in the first few days of an opening. Some items that appear on the website and take out menu are absent on the in store menu board. Place is very clean as expected in the first week of opening. The turkey bacon avocado panni was average at best with a large piece of cartilage intermixed in the sandwich. The breakfast panni which consisted of turkey bacon, scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and tomato was average. The ingredients were all fresh and no doubt healthy, but they lacked a taste that will have me consider whether I would order these items again. At over $20, I expected a little more. Nonetheless, they are very new and there are many more items on the menu at least the website to choose from that I can't wait to try. I would definitely give these guys a try and believe they will get better with some training and time.

So glad a healthy and tasty spot finally opened at King and Shaw. I got the PB2 bowl and it was delicious. It would be nice to see more sustainable packaging/utensils if they use bioplastics please disregard statement. I am also curious if seasonal fruits are used as the strawberries were frozen; I don't mind frozen fruits, just curious.

I've had the smoothies and paninis so far - all are very tasty. Great value across the whole menu, staff and owner are all very friendly, informative and accommodating. I was in a rush today and they managed to make a panini and smoothie under 10 minutes for me which was much appreciated. Ingredients are fresh and good quality, I will be returning for sure.

I went to this place a couple days back and it was a BLAST the Caribbean Blast was my favorite smoothie and it is a very good combo with the Chicken Fiesta. The staff is very kind and did a great job! I love this place and I am possibly gonna come back in the near future! 5/5!

This review is for their ginger juice/shot. It was made on the spot and very fresh. I think it would be great if they could tape/post their menu on their window so people can take a look at it when passing by. The building windows are tinted and it may make people slightly hesitant to check it out. Love it when they opened their doors - much more welcoming but I can understand how lots of dust/debris may track in.

Nice place and very friendly service. Prices are pretty good as well. I've had two different coffee smoothies that were delicious and hit the spot. My kids enjoy the apple and blueberry smoothies. Food looks great so heading back for lunch at some point.

Great new spot in the neighborhood! Delicious healthy fast food and a great variety of smoothies, bowls, salads, paninins and juices. Great quality and very friendly staff. About half the cost of Fresh up the street.

Had a great panini and smoothie. Tasted amazing. Though with construction in front of the building it appears closed. Hoping it’s still opened. I loved it. Wheelchair accessibility: Available

They claimed to not have items for the spicy chicken so they wanted to change it to a turkey pesto. What they gave us was chicken with Tostitos salsa on a bun. Very mediocre bordering on bad sandwich.
