Passed by this bubble tea place during our bike ride yesterday . Their drinks black sesame ice cream slush, kabocha squash slush and passion fruit green tea were very good. The pearls were firm, which we like. Stella at the cashier was friendly and provided good customer service.

This is a hidden gem. Not many local bubble tea shops in my area, so was happy when we found this. Great selection with customizable menu. Prices are fair if not cheaper than Coco or Sharetea. My favorite is their match Latte.

Can’t complain, standard BBT shop experience. Nothing extremely negative nothing extremely exceptional! Good BBT flavour, straight forward and quick service. I can see how some people below can say the service was rude as I have seen and felt that before ages ago but I didn’t take it as such today. More just a dry personality and not anything to write home about as amazing or above and beyond but I won’t hold that against them as this visit it was okay.

This cozy little family business is my favorite bubble tea place at the moment and I don't anticipate it to change anytime soon! I love their selection of unique menu items like Kabocha slush and avocado slush! I know you might be apprehensive to try them at first, but take my word for it, they are delicious! And their basic drinks like fruit slushes and coffee menus are all delicious too. I have never had a 'bad' drink at Soul Cup. Their food selections are great too and portions are generous considering their price! This place is a must try!

I bought 3 bubble tea and one of them fell down from my daughter’s hand by accident so I went to the cashier asking her to have new one instead but she refused and ask an extra money as buying new one and she kept talking in her weird language may be she was swearing or so anyway I left with black heart and angry face. Anyway that was so rude and will never back again

Been here a few times and have not been dissapointed! Great staff and an expansive menu with items offered for your most basic b to some pretty experimental stuff. I love super sweet and the roommate loves the weird stuff and we have always been more than happy with what we get.

It's the BEST bubble tea shop I've ever had. They have unique menus such as sweet pumpkin, black sesame...very healthy, not artificial Of course very kind and friendly staffs!!! Definitely come back to have delicious bubble tea!

I used to go here almost every week prior to the pandemic lockdown last year. Then, I went to visit last night and asked if I could use my filled up coupon in order to get my free drink. Then the cashier simply told me in a cold, rude manner and said, "We discontinued the stamps program last year. You must have not been here for a very long time." 1. There is no expiry date written on their reward card. 2. They couldn't consider honouring the ones that were already filled up? 3. She did not have to tell me the fact that I couldn't use my loyalty card in a very annoyed voice. I'm sure she recognized my friend and I, as we used to go there nearly every week for more than a year. The fact that she regarded her customers in a cold, rude manner was not something I took lightly, and I will not be visiting in the future and I'm not just talking about my friend and I. We saw her interaction with another customer as well.

I really don't do reviews but, SoulCup is my favourite bubble tea shop Their pearls nice and chewy, and they have flavours like lavender earl grey milk tea my fav!, purple yam latte, and a wide variety of flavours for all those indecisive people. They also have yummy cookies and the service is soso good. They are always so kind and the overall atmosphere is so cozy. Definitely recommend if you're nearby the area!! from left to right: oreo strawberry slush tea, oreo strawberry watermelon soy milk sub slush tea, UFO, mango real fruit slush tea and oreo taro slush tea!

My favourite bubble tea place! It's a little on the expensive side but they have the best flavours so it's worth it. Whenever I get bubble tea I'll always want Soul Cup
