Fulgere Salon & Spa

Completely rude. I call in, to get some more information on the spa location so I can go there tomorrow. One of your employee's, Melissa disregarded everything I said on the phone when I ask her the spa and hung up on me. I call back within five minutes, and this time someone else picks up the phone. She's having a conversation with someone else and states that she cant hear me. This place is a joke over the phone, imagine when you actually get there.

A friend recommended Fulgere when he heard I was frustrated with my previous stylist and I could not have been happier with my experience! The location is great; easy to get to, easy parking (very important in Worcester in my opinion). Anthony was my stylist and he was just wonderful. He really took the time to examine my hair and talk with me about what needed to be done and how I'd like it to look at the end. The head massage during the shampoo was a fantastic as well! Overall, my hair turned out great and I've already scheduled my next cut with him!

The salon is beautiful and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I was just doing a wash and blow dry, but I am totally going back for more! Stephanie was so wonderful. She made me feel at home and relaxed. I enjoyed the scalp and shoulder massage before getting my hair washed. (by the way, they really doing a great shampoo). My hair feels fabulous, looks amazing, and smells wonderful too. LOVED IT!!!

I have been a client of Stephanie for about 5 years at Fulgere Salon and Spa. The atmosphere is very chic and relaxing. The attention to detail promotes this relaxed and friendly climate. I not only have had my hair styled and colored by Stephanie , who is excellent , but I have also enjoyed their spa facials and massages. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about their profession and their line of Aveda products. PS You get a mini facial, shoulder massage and hand treatment free with every appointment.
