Sorbenots Coffee

I used to love Sorbenots. I grew up in baker so naturally I would need to make the extra long trip across town here in Pendleton to support a business that grew in my hometown. I won't be making that trip anymore and will gladly go to Starbucks. Employees at Sorbenots used to be cheerful and happy and pleasant, not so much anymore. Tipped the gals because it looked like they were having an off day (no clue why, wasn't a busy day) and none even bother to say thank you. You would have thought I was absolutely ruining their entire week by ordering a coffee. Won't be back to this Sorbenots. Love you Stone Bros., I hope something changes for the better.

In the couple years my family has been going here (frequently) we have never had a wrong order or unfriendly staff. Always bubbly and patient! Love this place dearly.

Love the girls that work during the week but the weekend crew hardly knows how to make an almond joy.

Pros: Friendly staff. Huge menu. Cons: Espresso is very subpar I loved the staff, they were super friendly and a joy to interact with. They were also super helpful and very engaging. We ordered: kids hot chocolate, iced latte, hot vanilla latte, mocha breve, and a hot chai latte. The non-coffee drinks were good. Hot chocolate and chai latte we're a bit on the sweet side but good overall. My kid loved the hot chocolate. All the espresso drinks were just bad. Iced latted was too sharp and bitter. Moreso than Starbucks. This applies to the espresso taste in general for the other drinks. Vanilla latte had little to no vanilla in it and was very watered down. Mocha breve had very little chocolate. Overall its not worth going to if coffee is your intent. Honestly there's much better coffee in Pendleton.
